Power of Your
Observation
The only real limit you really
have in your life is the limits that you yourself place in your life, on
yourself, by your own negative thinking, beliefs, choices, actions, bad habits
and behaviors. The most important
discovery in the history of mankind is the discovery that we become what we
think about most of the time. Within you
exists all the amazing untapped talents, abilities and powers to reach your
fullest potential and goals in life, and all these powers when properly
unleashed can bring you everything you could ever want in life. Nature or the universe has no favorites, it
functions like clockwork according to a set of laws, what you sow you reap. The world around us is nothing more and
nothing less than a mirror of what
we have become from within. The
greater the amount of "watching," the greater the observer's
influence on what actually takes place in his or her life. The physical world is, in some
deep sense, tied to the human being. As observers, we are personally involved with the creation of
our own reality
Power of Image of God and Spirit Within You
God is a Spirit and only we human beings are unique and made in the image and likeness of God. And it is because we possess this image of God, the creator of all things within us, we as human beings are unique and can bring things into creation in our lives. To have the Holy Spirit is to have God Himself indwelling us. The Spirit teaches us and guides us into truth. When we feel that we have power with God united through his Spirit we can obtain anything we ask for at his hands, then our difficulties cease to oppress us and we become stronger to overcome all situations by the power of his Spirit dwelling through us. Anything is possible with God as a supreme creator is not bound by his creation, by the laws of nature, space time, and the universe. God is outside the bounds and laws of the universe, nature and space and time.
We can experience the power of God in our lives through the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit of God dwelling within us reveals things to us, gives us the gifts of discernment, words of wisdom, understanding, knowledge, counsel, fortitude, healing, prophecy, miracles and shows us hidden, secret and mysterious things and gives us revelations.
Power of Mind and Thoughts
There are only two worlds, the world inside and the world outside. Our thoughts are real, our thoughts are our reality, our thoughts are on the same level as physical reality. Your thoughts are the source and origin of all your actions and they attract to you circumstances and the type of environment that surrounds you. A Spirit filled person’s visions, perceptions, observations and beliefs about reality actually create and alter reality to fit that perspective. The inner world is the cause and the outer world is the effect, because the outer world is the reflection of a mirror of our inner world. Thought power is the strongest force in the universe, it is almost like a divine power. But to utilize this awesome powerful force, we have to calm down the nonstop random chaotic thoughts and chatter in our minds. You are the architect of your own life, by the power of your thoughts you are building your life.
Attention Concentration and
Focus
Even when we are, for the most part, focused on something, some task, we still fall prey to irregular distractions. Does your mind wander are you distracted? Are you tired and fed up of your mind wandering? Do you want to improve your life for the better and focus and concentrate use your mind power like a laser. Automatic thinking and repetitious habitual patterns of thought draws us away from the present and from important tasks. The more frequently we fall into distractions and the longer we stay distracted, the more scattered we are. Scattered attention is like a live wire on the loose, always looking for something to connect with. Studies and research has found that people are substantially less happy when their minds are wandering, researchers found an association between mind-wandering and problems like unhappiness and depression. Research suggests that focusing one’s thoughts on the present moment is linked to well-being, while mind wandering is not. Staying focused and concentrated in the middle of a hectic day is a critical component in anyone’s ability to not only get work done but get work done well and on time. Anyone can develop their ability to concentrate with practice. In the teachings of Buddhism, it’s believed that reality can exist only where our mind creates a focus.
The Power of Creative Visualization
The greatest achievement in life is to have the ability to create a world around you that matches the dreams in your head. So what is the fastest way to make those dreams happen? That way is through creative visualization. Unfortunately most people don’t understand this hidden power and they are not aware that they can deliberately use creative visualization to transform their lives. It's sad and tragic that most people unknowingly misuse this incredible power and potential of creative visualization for negative, self destructive and self limiting purposes.
Some people might be born, nurtured and brought up in an environment that brings about a predisposition toward negativity. If you tend to look on the negative side of every situation, you can use creative visualization to change your life totally. Even if you have become negative as a result of events that have occurred in the past, you can use creative visualization to turn your life around and become more positive and develop a positive outlook in life. Many successful and influential people in the world believe that by visualizing specific behaviors and scenarios in your mind, you can bring your goals and desires to fruition more quickly. Every single successful person visualizes whether they know it or not, consciously or unconsciously, to rehearse and attract success into their lives. Pro-athletes are also famous for visualizing success. If applied correctly, the power of visualization can change and transform your life for the better and help you to perform whatever is necessary to accomplish your goals. If you’re working on something that you really care about, you don’t have to be pushed, the vision pulls you.
Mindfulness and Mindfulness
Meditation
Surrender to what is. Let go of what was. Have faith in what will be. Mindfulness is about being fully present observing and paying close attention to what’s happening in the present moment. The opposite of mindfulness is like being on autopilot, that's when you do things without any thought or consideration. We practice mindfulness by maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and the surrounding environment, through gentle nurturing observation. Mindfulness involves humbly accepting yourself totally, completely and holistically, and not judging your thoughts and feelings. It opens up a new freedom and choice in our lives. We all have the capacity to be mindfully present, no matter who we are. Athletes around the world use mindfulness to foster peak performance and to cultivate “full presence and conviction in the moment.”
Scientific studies have shown that mindfulness not only reduces and prevents depression, but that it also positively affects the brain patterns and frees us from anxiety, stress, and irritability. Over time, mindfulness brings about long-term changes in mood and levels of happiness and wellbeing. Studies have shown that regular meditators see their doctors less often and spend fewer days in hospital, their memory improves, creativity increases, their focus and attention improves and reaction times become faster. Mindfulness creates clearer, more focused thinking and improves efficiency at work. It allows you to catch negative thought patterns before they tip you into a downward spiral. It begins the process of putting you back in control of your life.
The Power of Faith Filled Words and Affirmations
Seeking the truth daily, discovering and knowing your inner hidden nature and self is very important for everyone as knowledge is power and the truth sets people free. Socrates, the classical Greek philosopher, said at his trial "An unexamined life is not worth living". Nosce Te Ipsum is an ancient Latin phrase which means "Know Thyself". True enlightenment only comes when we discover our inner hidden nature and our connection to the universe and the divine.

Living in the Now, the Present Moment
One moment can change a day, one day can change a life and one life can change the world. Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.
When your mind is pulled between different times and lost in the past or future you stop existing in the present moment. To be fully present means that your awareness or consciousness is fully centered and focused on the present moment, the here and now. If you do not live in the present moment you are living in an illusion and you become a victim of time. We are all inescapably victims of time to some measure, because it has become, the norm, the accepted state of life in our fast-paced, motivated, competitive and multi-tasked society. We're living in a world that contributes in a major way to distraction, mental fragmentation and sometimes disintegration. Sometimes we unknowingly squander and waste precious hours, days and even years of our lives as we worry about the future and ponder about what's already past.
To be mindful or have mindfulness and live in the present now involves being totally with your thoughts as they are, you neither grab onto them or reject them or throw them away. Instead of letting your life drift by you get awakened to your life’s experience. Mindful people have higher self esteem and are happier in life. As soon as you honor the present moment, all unhappiness and struggle dissolve, and life begins to flow with joy and ease.
Going with the Flow of Life
We try to control things because of what we think will happen if we don’t. In other words, control is rooted in fear. Control is also a result of being attached to a specific outcome—an outcome we’re sure is best for us, as if we always know what’s best. When we flow, we allow, we give permission to let things happen and unfold naturally, as they are meant to be. And, we get much better outcomes this way.
Flow with whatever is happening and let your mind be free. Stay centered by accepting whatever you are doing. This is the ultimate. People try to hold on to life because they fear dying. But learning to live isn’t about grasping on to things. It isn’t about clinging to everything and everyone. It’s about learning to let go. Learning to live is learning to let go. Learning to let go is learning to be happy.
What goes up must come down, busy times are followed by slow times this is a natural law of the universe. There is always a beginning and end, a high point and a low point. Life can become stressful when we don’t go with the natural current of where life is pulling us to go. When we fight against the natural current it’s like swimming upstream in a roaring river which will leave one totally depleted and exhausted. When you can surrender yourself completely to the process or journey of life and become one with the waves and flow you will get there faster and easier than when you resist.
When our desire to cling to the past affects our present and future, we begin a potentially unhealthy and seemingly endless battle with weights and chains of the past that can hold us down, prevent our progress or sink us. Make peace with your decisions and actions you took in the past and move on. It's perfectly OK for you to go ahead and enjoy your life while God is working on your problem. It's not that nothing's happening; it's just that you're not the one that's making something happen.
Getting in the Zone
The “zone” or “flow state” whatever one may call it is something that everyone wants to have or strives to get into, because when we are in the zone we are at our best at our peak performance. Some people may find it hard and difficult to get into the zone, but with practice and perseverance it can be achieved as practice makes perfect. Practices like mindfulness, visualizations, positive affirmations, meditation with focus always helps to find your way into the zone and get flowing quickly.
Flow and “getting in the zone” is often considered the hallowed domain of elite athletes, musicians, scientists, and creative geniuses only, but the truth is, we all have the potential to experience it and when we finally do experience it, it can enrich our lives abundantly. It can be achieved by anyone by following a few steps, practice and dedication.
All good pro athletes have a ritual for getting in the zone; sometimes it’s as simple as a quick bounce of the tennis ball, for good luck. Successful athletes say that only when they get in the zone they perform at their peak, then only can they become the best that they can ever be and even better. If we concentrate and focus our attention on doing a task or activity and put all our mental power on this task and make it our goal to finish it we are on our first step to getting into the zone.
Power of Habits How Habits Make or Break You
You’ll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine. The secret to permanently breaking any bad habit is to love something greater than the habit.
It is tempting to continue working on our strengths while ignoring our weaknesses. Our most important results will often come from our strengths, however, the best way to improve ourselves and grow is also to work on our weakest areas. Some of the weak areas that pull us back and prevent us from progressing in life may have something to do with our past unconsciously learned behaviors or bad habits. Your bad habits can make you stressed.
Unfortunately, like the old saying goes, “If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.” Albert Einstein once said “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
It’s never too late to break a habit according to some psychologists. Habits are flexible and malleable throughout our entire lives. Bad habits can make us lose our way and even prevent us from accomplishing our goals in life. Good habits make our lives easier by making our behaviors automatic.
Because of habits we don’t need to expend much effort and energy or consciously think about certain tasks, everything just flows and happens automatically. That’s why good habits make lives easier and bad habits hold our lives captive. Habits will determine whether we reach our goals, this is because habits are automatic actions that are repeated constantly throughout our lives.
So next time, be cautious and careful when you find yourself doing something that starts to become repetitive, whether it’s a behavior or a thought, feeling, an emotion, or an action, think seriously and ask yourself whether you really want to make it a habit.
Any man could, if he were so inclined, be the sculptor of his own brain. An influx of new research explores how our brains do continue to change and how our very thoughts impact those changes. This natural tendency of our brains to rewire is called neuroplasticity, which can be influenced by both external and internal factors.
In the past it was thought that if you were born with a certain mental makeup, you would be stuck with it forever and not be able to change it.
Now with the advancement of technology and research in neuroscience, neuroscientists have discovered that your brain is being sculpted, changed and transformed daily by your experiences and whatever is happening in your life. This single scientific breakthrough has significantly altered our understanding of how to change habits, behaviors, personality, increase our happiness, improve health and even change our lives.
This process opens up the possibility to reinvent yourself totally and completely and move away from the existing state of affairs in your life.
We can totally transform our lives and change ourselves by the renewing of our brains and minds through our actions and choices in daily life. We can choose and change our destiny as we are not bound to physical matter or our genetics, upbringing or circumstances in our past life.
Knowing Yourself Better and taking action
If you take no action on your life, it doesn’t matter how much you learn or know, your actual life is not going to benefit in any way. Life feels good when you are taking action.
No matter where you are in life, taking action is crucial. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know fully where you want to go in the beginning and what are the detailed goals you want to reach. Taking action improves your confidence.
Knowledge is power, you hear it all the time but knowledge is not power. It's only potential power. It only becomes power when we apply it and use it.
I hope you will experience the constant renewing of your mind in the Now, in the present moment as you go with the flow of your life, and you get into and find your Zone. I wish you all the best on your future journey
